Rebellion and the prophetic aftermath of American foreign policy

As Americans begin to deal with the gas price increase of some 50 cents in the past four months, 16 cents a gallon in the last week, the unrest in the Middle East begins to take a more concrete position in the hearts and minds--and pocketbooks--of the citizens. This is going to sink in real fast about what the Lord says of Israel in Genesis 12:3, "I will bless them that bless thee and curse him that curses thee." The faster the enemies of Israel are established and reestablished the more we will see this very verse in the near beginning of the Bible play out before our eyes. Why? There is increasingly more evidence that the White House is behind much of the unrest.

News outlets such as the UK Telegraph, the Examiner, the Jerusalem Post and more are painting a picture of a delusional American president working with international socialist organizations, the Muslim Brotherhood and other dissident groups throughout the Middle East to foment revolution in the name of democracy. The man who occupies the Oval Office told a group of Jewish campaign donors in Miami that Israel and the US should not be afraid of the changes taking place in the Middle East. He said, "I'm actually confident that 10 years from now we're going to be able to look back potentially and say this was the dawning of an entirely new and better era."

The new and better era, however, is truly one of perspective. If you are Islamic, the possibilitiy of a totally "Islamified" Middle East is greater today than in any other since the establishment of Israel in 1948. A Wikileaks released secret document reveals that the most powerful nation in the world, the United States, has been working to undermine governments throughout the Middle East. The public position, of course, is to establish democracy. In reality, however, the United States has done the heavy lifting of aiding and abetting revolution in the Middle East. As Redstate.com reports, "Now the Muslim Brotherhood, with the help of Iran and some al Qaeda support, will start the real revolution."

As America braces itself for $4 dollar gasoline and all the inflationary aftermath, those who can discern the scriptures will see the direct cause and effect of being rebellious to God's word. God will not be mocked. In Isaiah 66:1 the Lord says, "The heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool." In verse 4, the Lord says, "I also will choose their delusions, and will bring their fears upon them; because when I called, none did answer; when I spake, they did not hear; but they did evil before mine eyes, and chose that in which I delighted not." This is a strong word today. And many will take offense. Understand, God judges nations and the truth of the prophecies are not denied. Gird yourself and pray for mercy.

Have a Blessed and Powerful Day!
